Claire Holmes’ unique blend of creativity, precision, and authenticity delivers results.
As Director of Marketing for Winstone Wealth Partners, Claire shapes the firm’s marketing vision and executes strategic initiatives to enhance brand visibility and drive client engagement. With a knack for storytelling, she leverages her expertise in brand development to create impactful communications and creative campaigns. She also guides firm initiatives focused on improving client service, internal processes, and our team’s capacity. A type A “Jane of all trades,” Claire is a perfectionist to her core, extremely detail-oriented, and always looking for ways to add value to her team and clients.
Claire believes that great marketing is more than communications—it’s about creating trust and building relationships. Her work at Winstone allows her to help translate complex financial ideas into clear, relatable messages that connect with real people. She finds deep fulfillment in knowing her work helps clients feel confident, supported, and informed, while also strengthening the connection between the advisors and the families they serve.
Over the past decade, Claire has worked in marketing, strategy consulting, and creative roles across the financial, legal, retail, non-profit, and consulting industries. Her areas of expertise include marketing strategy and execution, content creation, copywriting, graphic design, and presentation and training development.
Claire earned her bachelor’s degree in advertising at the University of Georgia (Go Dawgs!). While there, she was also able to study abroad in both Innsbruck, Austria and Barcelona, Spain.
A native Houstonian, Claire lives with her husband, three sons, and their rescue dog, Murphy. A longtime advocate for working moms, Claire founded Mama Collaborative—an initiative that brought together women navigating the intersection of career and motherhood. These days, Claire is fully embracing her “sports mom era” and can often be found on the soccer, basketball, baseball or swim team sidelines in her boys’ team colors. She also fosters dogs through K9 Angels Rescue and proudly volunteers with the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo Mutton Bustin’ Committee.
