Personal Life
Dylan Daggett has a mind for numbers and a heart for the people behind them.
As a Financial Advisor with Winstone Wealth Partners, Dylan focuses on fostering meaningful relationships with clients, understanding their financial goals and priorities, and crafting personalized strategies to help them meet their objectives. He serves as a trusted point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, providing ongoing education and guidance, and ensuring a seamless experience throughout their financial journey. With his analytical mindset, strong memory, and meticulous, process-driven approach, he is a true asset to both his clients and the Winstone team.
In an industry where genuine care for clients’ success can sometimes be lacking, Dylan places great importance on integrity. Drawing upon his innate strengths as a teacher and mentor, he focuses on how he can simplify complex financial concepts for clients and colleagues alike, empowering those around him to make informed, confident decisions.
Dylan spent his early career as a fitness consultant and sales team lead at different health food companies. It was in these roles that he cultivated a passion for working closely with people, which was the catalyst for his transition into the financial industry. He served as an associate financial service professional at Charles Schwab and later as an analyst at a wealth management firm, where he led a team of other financial associates. During this time, he was known for excelling at building trust-based client relationships, managing accounts, handling trades, and providing education and guidance on complex financial matters.
Dylan earned his bachelor’s degree in kinesiology and exercise science from Texas State University—fields that continue to fuel his passion for health, fitness, and performance in and out of the office.
He also holds his FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 designations.
Raised as the son of a Lieutenant Colonel in the USAF, Dylan’s early life was defined by military rigor as well as constant relocation; he called five different places (including England) his home by the time he was 11 years old. While he currently resides in Houston, Dylan’s heart remains rooted in New Braunfels, where his family now lives. Outside of work, he enjoys hitting the gym, playing basketball with friends, and cheering on his beloved Boston Celtics.
